This is a gentle meditation for using the power of your mind to discover, understand and balance your chakras.
This relaxation will enable you to check the seven main chakras in your body. You can imagine chakras turning like wheels through which energies are sometimes seen, sometimes felt or sometimes sensed. They are vortexes through which our life force flows. When these are understood and interpreted they can be used as indicators of health and well-being or by showing disturbance of colour, shape or intensity might indicate something negative.
Balanced chakras show general well being of mind, body and spirit.
Identifying blockages and how they relate to symptoms is the key to making change.
The meditation has been designed to work by inducing a light trance-like state to guide you in to a calm, comfortable place for your chakra balancing experience. The looped background music will help you to rest easy.
With a little tweak of your chakras you will be able to revel in alignment and good health.
